No. Monthly rent does not include utilities. You are responsible for connecting and paying for utilities.

Electricity: About 3,000yen ~ 8,000yen/month
Gas: About 2,500yen ~ 5,000yen/month
Water: About 1,500yen ~ 2,500yen/month
Internet: About 4,000yen/month or more (It depends on which company and plan you choose)

No. Our apartments have no bed nor beddings.
We would be able to prepare a set of Futon for you including mattress, blanket, pillow, sheet, and pillowcase.
Futon set costs 7,900yen including handling charge. Please feel free to order, if you like.

No. There are no curfews.

Yes. There is a quick and simple tenant check by a guarantor supply company.
Tenant check requires that you provide your company information, contact person's information in case of emergency, and your ID(passport and alien rgistration card).

　- Advance first month rent (plus the following month rent if applicable*)
　　* If your lease contract starts between 21st and 31st of a month, the following month rent shall also be paid
　　　when making a contract.
　- Management fee 35,000yen
　- Fire insurance fee 5,600yen
