We mainly lease studios in metropolitan area - Tokyo, Kanagawa, Chiba,
and Saitama to single residents.
Our apartments are ideal if you are looking for a place to stay for about
eight months or longer.
Let us tell you what good points are.
You can move with a reasonable cost because you do not have to pay key
money, security deposit, nor brokerage.
As guarantor is not required, our apartments are available to people of various background.
All our studios are self-contained with basic facilities and appliances. |

| Term of lease: |
|
Term of lease would be two years.
Minimum period of stay is nine months.
You are able to cancel a lease contract after nine months stay with one
month or more prior written notice.
Form of cancellation notice
If you end a lease earlier than nine months, penalties would be charged. |

| First cost: |
|
First cost would be as follows;
- Fitst month rent*
- Management fee of 15,000yen
- Fire insurance fee of 6,300yen
* If you move in between 21st and 31st of a month, pro-rated first month
rent plus following month rent would be charged. |

Monthly cost after
the move: |
|
The following month and after, you would be charged only monthly rent.
Rent does not include utilities nor internet fees.
You are responsible for connecting electricity, water, gas, and the Internet. |

How to make
payment: |

Please pay by bank transfer. |

payment: |
|
●Management fee & fire insurance fee:
Wihthin three days after you get approval from guarantor supply company*.
●First month rent:
One week or more prior to the date of your moving in.
●Monthly rent (after the move):
Please pay for the next month rent by the end of a month. |

(All units): |

Kitchen with stove, toilet, shower, washing machine, refrigerator,
air conditioner, and ceiling light.
But, if coin-op washing machine is installed in an common area, there is
no private washing machine in a unit. |

It is a company which executes payment by proxy temporarily so that an
apartment's rent does not go into default.
They will check if you have capacity to pay rent and if you are reliable
after you send us application form.
You will need to get approval from guarantor supply company to rent our
apartment.
It may take them about a couple of days.
